"I initially hired Penate Tile & Home Improvement to install floor tile, but after they did such nice work and were so professional I decided to ask them to do a larger job replacing windows, framing out window wells, and replacing and extending stairs. "Our sump pump needed to be replaced. Seaside sent one of their local plumbers who evaluated the job and gave me three options with a price for each. Once I chose the best option for us, Seaside quickly scheduled the replacement for the following day and their plumber arrived on time, wore a mask and shoe coverings to protect our health and floors, quickly performed the pump replacement, and cleaned up after himself.
