We were kept appraised of the progress of our project and the arrival of our products. An install date was arranged. On the install date, the crew arrived right on time. Our installation was a 2 day event, which we were made aware of from the beginning. The team who did our shower, Josh, Robert and JK were incredible. They were efficient, friendly, and clean. They respected our home and our time. When they finished each day, they cleaned up after themselves and replace any furniture that was moved. When the project was completed, we were showed ow to use the shower, and when it would be safe to use the shower and the proper materials to use for cleaning the shower. "The main reason it is not a 5 rating is because it took a little longer to do the job than I had hoped. I had tile installed around my new fireplace and backsplash installed in the kitchen. The installation went fine for the fireplace. It was the backsplash that took the time. It took two more days than expected because the gentleman doing it got sick and had to stop the work for those days. He was a very nice guy and I certainly was not upset that he got sick. I just thought they should have had an installer that could have filled in. It may be that I donâ t understand that the same person who started the job should finish the job. But I would definitely recommend them. The workers showed up on time and worked to get the job done and did it very well"
