I wanted something that would fit with the classic look of the neighborhood, while being durable and solid. Price: Really competitive. Daniel looked at the components of the structure that were in good enough shape to remain, instead of ripping out everything - and that saved us a ton of money. I had assumed it would all need to come off the house and they could have easily charged me a lot more.
