"I recently had the pleasure of working with Erik from First State Ponds, and I can't recommend him enough. Erik traveled all the way from Delaware to Maryland to service my pond, which was having persistent issues with murky water. Before connecting with Erik, I had already been advised by another company to purchase a specific filter and pump. Thankfully, I found First State Ponds just in time. Erik took the time to explain that while the recommended filter might clear my water, it would require constant maintenance. He suggested a different filter and a stronger pump, but he was also willing to install the one I had already purchased if I preferred. After some consideration, I decided to take his advice and returned the original filter to have him install his recommended system. After struggling with murky water all summer, l admit, I was a bit skeptical. I wasn't sure that anything would truly work. But Erik's recommendation exceeded even his own predictions. Within just two days, the water was crystal clear! I didn't really think that was possible. There were a few challenges during installation and I admit this was 100% due to a few things I had set up prior to meeting Erik. But he handled them seamlessly, troubleshooting as needed. For the issues that couldn't be addressed that day, Erik provided me with helpful suggestions on how to finish the job myself. While I initially found the price a little high, after seeing the fantastic results, answering my many questions (including a few the following day), and delivering on everything he promised, I can confidently say he earned every cent. I am a professional with over 25 years of experience assembling products for both residential and commercial customers. I have extensive knowledge with furniture, fitness, grills, etc. I am not a jack of all trades. I do assembly only. I remove all part stickers, touch up any scratches/nicks and adjust all doors and drawers. I respect my customers home/office and leave my area with the trash put back in the boxes and the boxes neatly stacked. So feel confident hiring me for your next assembly. I look forward to working for you. Things to know: I require all items to be in the location they are to be assembled. Assembler does not equal mover. If a box is too heavy do not be afraid to open it and move the pieces. This will not make the job harder or confuse me. Thank you for your cooperation. I do new assembly only. I do not repair/upholster anything or reassemble old items with loose/missing hardware and no manual. I do not hang/mount tvs. Not on the wall or on a tv stand. Not anywhere. I do not hang/mount things on or to walls/ceilings. I also do not assemble items that must hang/mount on or to walls/ceilings. I do not wear a mask. I am vaccinated and believe in the science not the politics. If you do hire me then require that i wear a mask when i show up or cancel for any other reason I will expect a $50 payment for wasting my time and yours. Thank you for understanding. ALSO here is a small list of items I do not assemble: pools or pool related items or pool tables, outdoor basketball hoops, wall mounted murphy beds. WORD OF NOTE: I am not 420 friendly. I am not judging anyone but if you choose to smoke in your home please do not send me a request unless I will be in another room away from it.
