Before the job began, a coordinator came and walked through the house so I could specify what items I wanted to focus on. Two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. I asked to concentrate on dusting and vacuuming. They did that and more. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, including the storm door. When they were finished, the coordinator returned to ensure everything I wanted done was completed. They were professional, thorough and did a very good job. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."
