He should have told the previous customer that he would come back after coming to my appointment since the additional work requested was not scheduled and he came to my house several hours late without a phone call. He should have made my appointment on time and gone back to the other customer after being prompt for our appointment. Once he did arrive, he apologized and completed the pick up and gave me an excellent price. I will contact him in the future."
