"Run! Do not do business with them! They will screw you over. They paved our driveway in Nov 2024 and up until March 2025, they still haven't come back to fix the major issue. To make a long story short, they paved OVER our water meter. It was a lot of headache and hassle trying to get them over to fix the issue. We worked with water dept to resolve the issue. They tried reaching Joshua Mcneil for us. No luck! He constantly gave excuses after excuses. In the end, another company came to come and fix it. Also, since the driveway is only a few months old, one corner of it is already deteriorating and some weeds are sprouting THROUGH the driveway! We recently filed a complaint with MHIC (Maryland Home Improvement Commission) and will take further action."

"This is an update to the previous review of CAC. Joel Cac has several business names. Bottom line is this guy is a total thief. He still refuses to repair the joke he created in my new home in Laurel. I had to hire several Contractors and spend thousands to correct the work Cac and Punj Holdings did to our new home. Punj Holdings is really Kuljit Singh and his gas station on 100 South Main Street in Bridgeville Delaware. Singh finances Cac and together they are ripping people off by building inferior homes with reclaimed products using illegal immigrants to construct homes that a third grade class could erect better. Mr. Singh has been convicted of bringing and distributing illegal drugs in our country. Now, he is building homes. If you see anything funded, built or for sale by Cac Home Builders or Punj Holdings...Please reconsider. Any person capable of bringing illegal drugs to our country that injured or killed many people should never be allowed to be in any business at all. I defended this Country and if my defense somehow permitted these two to function illegally and in full view? I am ashamed! Buyer Beware...currently Cac and Singh have a home for sale in Tussock Estates in Laurel. It has been on the market for about 200 days. I would like to see the home never get sold due to the inferior capabilities of these two criminals. If pictures are permitted, please see pictures of Cacs work before and after I made all the repairs. Buyer Beware...Singh ain't got no song and Cac is a quack!"

Our sales rep, Keith, spent a great deal of time with us working through the changes we wanted made, offered helpful suggestions and worked toward arranging the specific time frame we needed to have the project done. Our project manager, Gene, made sure the project started on the day requested and kept progress moving forward so that everything would be completed timely. Madelin in the back office was very helpful in getting the specific items we wanted ordered and Patrick made daily (sometimes multiple) trips to the house delivering any materials the crew needed to get the job done – always with a smile on his face. Francesco had his crew arrive on time (if not early) every day they were scheduled to come by; and he made sure any corrections that needed to be done were taken care of. All projects have challenges, ours was no different. But the real difference was how quickly any question or concerns we raised were addressed and resolved.
