When the saw I was missing some components for the microwave installation, they took it upon themselves to go out and find the right components for me so I didn't need to worry about it. "We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day.
