"I did not hire them because the pro and I spoke with over the phone told me how to get the vaccum to come on and I found out that my central vaccum was not broken that it did work."

"I thought Justin was wonderful. He came quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed my machine the next day. He didn�t charge me for the first service call. He put in a new motor thereby saving me money of buying a whole new central vacuum. I had to pay someone before him just to come and look but I decided I didn�t think this first guy knew exactly what he was doing and his repair seemed too complicated. Through your service, I find Superior Vacuum and was very happy."

"Small things like tightening door knobs went okay. He was to install a built in microwave. Three of the four corners of the frame were installed properly. One was left bent and hanging unattached. Never called to tell me he had problem.. No response to my call."
