Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

System included a combination ducted system for 1st floor and mini split system for 2nd floor (this system, as recommended by Major League, best suited for the existing conditions, accommodating the different zones/heat loads between the 1st & 2nd floor, and the fact that there was limited space for duct work for the 2nd floor ). 1. Work was completed as quoted, and competitively priced 2. Well coordinated, and worked around challenging existing conditions such as plumbing and tight crawl spaces, furnishings, etc. 3. Well organized and planned installation. 4. Very knowledgeable 5. Options/details recommendations (such as locations of diffusers, returns, stats, etc.) were discussed/reviewed with me. 6. "There was only one hang up. When I contacted them through e-mail I indicated that I wanted to talk about installing an antique wood burning stove in addition to the chimney inspection and cleaning. The appointment was made for the afternoon on a certain day. But, the guys called that morning and left a message on my voicemail saying they could come early. I did not get the voicemail and they showed up early anyway. I was not home but my mother was there. Unfortunately, these guys did not get the word from the scheduler in the office that I wanted to talk about the installation of the wood burning stove in addition to having the chimney cleaned. So they came did they work and left. I called the workers back (since I had their phone number from the voicemail) and communicated my annoyance at the schedule change. The guy was very apologetic and offered to come back though he was no longer available at the scheduled time which I had blocked off on my calendar.
However, we ended up talking about the project over the phone and he was able to give me all the information I needed about the potential installation over the phone. He was very knowledgable and helpful. So, I'd like to give them a "B" for punctuality though that doesn't seem to really fit the situation. So they get all As despite this little hitch.

I called them in the morning and they came right out within a couple of hours and the technician explained what exactly was going on and had the new motor in stock and installed in no time. Very profession and courteous service and the tech. even took the time to walk me through what he needed to do. I will be getting on a service plan with this company in the Spring as they are the real deal and trustworthy."
