"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

From start to finish, the entire process was enjoyable with all the staff from Energy Select; Karen, who gave me a myriad of options and answered all my questions to help me make a well-researched investment that I know will pay off in years to come. Zach helped with the engineering and provided options for install locations with minimal impact on the home or its appearance. Will who assisted with the post-install inspections and permitting process was available and worked around our schedules to make sure we got the certification to operate, as well as explained the process and expectations. The install crew was very professional and gave an explanation of what they would be doing and placed the supplies in a way to not impact our day-to-day. Tamika with operations was helpful with updates on the multiple stages of the project as well as any questions I had during the process. Again, the entire staff at this company was phenomenal with the professionalism and experience they provided during the process.
