Complete satisfaction! Alec is competent and professional. There was a light rain, so I called Alec to give him the option of rescheduling since he would be working outside, but he said it wasn't a problem. He arrived on time, did a great job, patiently answered my questions, and maintained a positive attitude despite the rain. He couldn't have been nicer, and the price was reasonable.

Alec did a great job. He followed through on our concerns, especially installing the chandelier at a lower level so it's easier to maintain and clean. He had to install a scaffold to install it in our two-story foyer. A great family-owned business.

Alec and Suzanne arrived a few minutes before their scheduled appointment time. They introduced themselves and went straight to work. Within 20 minutes, they had diagnosed and repaired the issue. They were both very friendly and professional throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for any other electrical issues that arise.

Everything was fine, he does very neat work. It was no longer laying in our yard. They performed the work and it looks nice also nice and he did a nice job. The price was very reasonable and they are friendly.

We can't say enough positive things about Alec & Suzanne. They are punctual, professional and responsive. Alec is extremely thorough in his approach to any job and considers the best way to handle each project. He takes the time to walk you through what he proposes and why. Whenever he encounters a problem that wasn't anticipated, such as when we remodeled the kitchen, he comes up with a solution without letting it delay the project. - Quality work at a reasonable price - Polite and courteous. A real pleasure to work with - Very attentive to details. When they installed our new breaker panel, they spent several additional hours thoroughly marking each breaker after checking every outlet and light in the house. Now, we know exactly what each breaker services - They provide a full explanation of all options, costs, and benefit/value for each option so you can make an informed decision. You are not automatically steered to the most expensive solution - Extremely clean work. No damage to surrounding area. No mess left behind, even cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day when project lasted several days - Because our first experience with them was so positive, we have called them back for several more projects. Will definitely use them again if we have future electrical projects - We have recommended them to others who have also been very pleased with the quick response and quality of work

Alec works with you to determine your need as well as the best way to accomplish it. I was very happy with the work and would recommend him to anyone. The County Inspector came and was so impressed with all his work that he even asked for his business card. Something I have never seen an Inspector do. His quality of work is meticulous with care taken to how it will look as a finished product. Friendly with experience. I have actually referred him to where I work and have used him there as well. Scope of worked performed has been over several trips as we needed him. From a New Addition, to updating outlets and new LED lighting, to power upgrades to pool pump, to outside plug to handle charging a camper trailer, to service upgrades that included power outlet to use portable generator for whole home. The list is numerous to what he is capable of doing.

Outstanding. I very much enjoyed the remark of the county inspector as he looked at the new breaker box. After gazing at it for a moment or two, he said "That is beautiful!" To hear that from an inspector tells me that it must have been an impressive job.

RES was exceptional in their response time, thorough approach and expertise to troubleshoot and repair as needed throughout the house and discover the root problem. Once it was apparent the problem started outside the house, they went above and beyond to contact the power company on our behalf to ensure the scope of the problem and the urgency to complete the repair ASAP was clearly understood. AND then waited until the first BG&E rep arrived to reiterate this information to ensure the repair was handled and completed properly. This was so helpful and reassuring. Their time, patience and team work was extraordinary. Given the scary situation, we were and are still so grateful for their time and expertise so generously given on short notice on a Saturday and most definitely would hire them again.

Alec responded to my call right away and we discussed the cost of the work we needed. His pricing was straight forward and I immediately knew I had an experienced professional who understands his trade as well as my needs. He and his son completed the work when scheduled and as promised. The price was fair and he completed all of the repairs. He sent a receipt with a description of the work performed right away.
