We had a foundation crack that appeared to be above ground only. Luis advised that he allow his team to excavate down a little to assess the extent of the situation. As it turned out, the project was a little more involved than originally anticipated. Despite the additional work required, Luis honored our originally agreed-upon price and did not cut any corners.
