In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. They also patched some areas on our basement walls, unrelated to the installation of the drain system. 4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
