"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"I have hesitated to write this review because the company was supposed to send someone out to do a touchup the next time they were in my area, but they never came.  Since where the touch up is needed (a corner of the tub) isn't really noticeable to me, and as more and more time went by, I just let it go. This is the reason I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. Otherwise I would have given an A grade because the men who did the work were excellent.
My advice: Don't pay immediately after the job is finished but wait for a bill. That way if something needs to be fixed, the company will have an incentive to send someone out. Since I had already paid in full, there was no such incentive.
I was surprised at the size of the exhaust hose that is used while the tub finish is being applied. Because my bathroom is small, the hose had to go down the front hall and out the front door. Fortunately, the weather was not cold. The finish had to cure before the rest of the work could be completed. The smell wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.
I don't remember if it was the next day or two days later that the wall surround was put up over the existing tile, the ceiling lined, and a new drain and new fixtures installed. The installer was a different man from the one who had applied the glaze. He worked very hard, as it wasn't an easy job, due to some irregularities in the bathtub tile area. He also screwed in the grip bars that had to be removed before the wall lining could go up.
All in all I was satisfied with the work, although the caulking that was used gets moldy, and the mold is hard to remove. The wall surround and ceiling, however, do not attract mold, hallelujah.  I thought the price was right. I'm glad I had the work done.

"Mr. Fama had not remembered or written down the appointment time and so came to my house before I got home. Once that was straightened out, he worked very hard to remove my old stubborn faucet and installed my new one. He made sure that it was installed correctly and there were no leaks."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Wow what the best experience I have had with a plumbing company ever. I needed some work done to my well and pump so I called redline. They responded within a quickly manner and were professional. I was there when they came to look at it and when they had to come to the work they came back and were very respectful and hard workers. Everything was done in a timely manner and trustworthy employees. I had to leave and left with them there and I felt that they were good and people I could trust in my house. "After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. "Ocean Kitchen and Bath installed a wet bar with sink in our lower level.  We found the service to be excellent, highly competent and courteous.  This was a complex installation requiring on-site work to tie in the Sile-stone back-splash and the cabinet crown molding.  Our installers "Bucket and Jose" did and excellent job, even working on a rainy day.  We highly recommend Ocean Kitchen and Bath.  Our salesperson, Sean, followed up every step of the way on our project.  In short, Great Job!"

David came out and replaced our existing sub pump and installed a battery back up pump. He was on time and communicated with me exactly what he was going to do. When he was done he explained how both pumps worked, I understood it very well. He cleaned the u very well.
