"This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. As a young, female homeowner without a lot of handy people in my life, I cannot thank him enough for his work and expertise at a reasonable price. The next morning, he came to my home, fixed the mainline drain clog, and also identified the underlying problemâ  a broken sewer line. This was something a different plumber had previously overlooked. The city was responsible and ultimately fixed the sewer line a month later. The first rain after DPWâ  s sewer line repair, the night of NYE, my basement massively flooded with 6â  of rain water. Sterling answer my panicked phone call and advised me of what to do. BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. Can’t speak more highly of the plumbers on staff - Nick in particular. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about their work and satisfaction of the clients. Management should work to improve scheduling process and establish clear internal policies to provide clients assurance of timeliness of work."

"What started out to be a shower installment and faucet replacement turned out to be a HUGE job. During the job we found the water pressure was extremely low due to pipe corrosion and improper installation when the house was build (1952). Dave had his guys fix me up...they even had to bust up 2ft over rock in 90+ degree weather. My plumbers guys Jim and Billy were awesome. I owe them a lot for completing this for me. And they talked me through everything along the way and cleaned up every night to perfection. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! Couldn't asked for better."

"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."
