"The on-time service was efficient and the gentleman super friendly. I had to ask that a couple of spots be gone over again, but he did so willingly and they came clean the second time. I was told that if any spots reappeared later to just call and he would come back. Overall very pleased."

We originally hired them to clean just the basement carpet and the stairs to basement, but when we saw what great job they did there, we asked them to clean upstairs including the two stair cases from upstairs to the main level. They were prompt, honest, professional and effective. Great service for a great price - we are very happy to have found them on Angies List."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Eric did an AMAZING job! I found them through Groupon, and it was totally worth it! The best part is that it was a dry method, which actually cleaned much better than when I had my carpets shampooed, and I could walk on them within about 30-60 minutes :)
