We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. They removed all the storms to wash them, cleaned off the screens and washed the windows inside and out. They had to move furniture around here and there and did so carefully without causing damage. "There was caulking out here and there were two skylights. He was supposed to be repairing the drywall around them. He started one and rather than putting up the drywall repair stuff and going to the next one while the first one dried. He stood on top of the ladder using a hairdryer to make it dry faster. He used his time so inefficiently. In order to get them both finished, I had to pay him extra and that should not have been the case. The work he did was okay. He did a decent job, but if you sign up to sell a Deal. You sell a Deal. The deal was supposed to be for three hours and I ended up paying him for five hours. It was supposed to be a Deal, but it was not a Deal."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
