He said the thermostat was perfect, the lines were fine, there was no gas leak, and the oven lit briskly. He showed me how to restart the pilot, and said if it continues to be a problem he would look at it again, as the only thing he thought it could be was the gas regulator. I also asked him to look at my washing machine, which was out of balance. He fixed that immediately, and showed me how the self-leveling legs worked. On top of that, in spite of having a very busy schedule of appointments, a neighbor came over and asked him to look at her stove, and he did so, and fixed her stove too. He only charged me the service call. He was truly fabulous."
