"Disaster. I had used them for a local move and they did great. Disassembled and reassembled bunk bed. No damage. So I paid them 12K to pack and move me to Maryland. Received call while they were packing to see if I needed my patio furniture as room was running out in the truck. This was not my problem as Danny, the owner, had been out twice. Later got phone call that the only thing they could not fit was my deck propane heater. Danny would just buy me a replacement. I said ok as my prior experience had been good. Arrived as expected in FL. Discovered after they left and as I was unpacking the damage done. The last thing they put together were the bunk beds. Not only were they damaged badly but they did not even attach the steps to the side. Just placed it there. Other screws were missing but nothing given to me and no word said as I gave them a tip before leaving. Breakables just all put in boxes together. And broken. Fabric ottoman was not covered and so dirty that you could see where the tape had been placed that had kept it closed. My water cooler squirted water out of the spigot when bottle put in so that had to be trashed. Damage to my dryer cosmetically as it was not wrapped. Too many items to mention. Then my daughter goes to my Maryland house to pick up the few cleaning supplies that they would not take. Lots of my stuff was still there including one of my kitchen barstools. I had no way of getting it down now. Insane!! Now I have not heard back from them and this happened on August 2. No response to any texts or phone calls. Zilch. I am beyond angry."
