They were very helpful and answered all my questions which made me feel a lot safer about the situation. I hired them and they took care of the work the very next day! "The Porcelite folks showed up on time and quickly completed the work needed.  However, there was some confusion about what cleaners could be used on the new resurfaced tub as well as the texture of the non-slip surface installed on the tub's bottom.  Porcelite quickly clarified which cleaners could be used and offered to sand down the non-slip surface to make it smoother if I so desired, which I eventually decided not to do.  Overall, good experience.

"We had a good experience with GraniteWorks. We were budget-conscious and looking for good service/warranty. We ended up spending a little more than we thought, because the measure tech suggested a larger overhand than we planned and others quoted.
The selection of stone was good.
The price was standard.
The staff was very friendly and professional, both during the sales and the measure/install.
The warranty from Granite Works is not very good for time duration. (Counter Intelligence is better, but their customer service was not very good.)
GraniteWorks was responsive to phone and email.
The Installers did a great job and were very courteous. The install went according to plan and looks good.
The seams are not very visible unless you try looking for them. I had suggestions/preferences, spoke up, and they were addressed.
They followed up to make sure I was happy.
Overall, let these guys give you an estimate. They are good.
