Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."

"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didnâ t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. They asked important questions along the way about the sizes and locations to make sure we agreed with the details of what they were installing. "The initial inspection was thorough and the price was reasonable. The workers were on time and very professional. They explained what they were doing throughout the process and cleaned the worksite when completed. Due to some minor coordination issues, the project took longer than expected. However, I also used the company to fix my front porch which included repairing the concrete slab, replacing 3 iron rails and the wood beams, and painting; this was completed in two days. I would hire this company again."

"Rene showed up for our appointment very promptly.  He knew exactly what I was looking for and explained what the coupon covered.  My house mostly has siding and he informed me that the condition is still very good.  He also discovered some concrete damage in the backyard that I didn't even know about.  His crew completed the exterior painting within a day and a half and the work they did was not rushed or anything.  It is definitely good quality work.  I will most definitely recommend them and use them again in my future home painting needs.
Rene also made sure that my scheduling needs were met.  I had a party scheduled and I didn't get back to Rene in time to let him know the colors I have picked so I pretty much gave up on the idea that the house would be newly painted for the party.  Rene contacted me and met the deadline in plenty enough time to have the party.  The house looked great and I had wonderful compliments from my family about the color combination and how great the painting looked.  His crew were all professional and hardworking.  I am very satisfied with the Angie's Big Deal coupon and the experience with Renaissance Restoration.

"Very well. I handed them a mess. It was $168 for 4 hours labor, $60 to haul away, and $58 for mulching three beds ($268 total). Getting an estimate for another project. I have a small townhouse backyard and it's tough to get people to come out for such a small job."

"I received an estimate for the work the would have included, the remodeling of the main floor powder room, the building of a closet and the painting of the lower level.  The company estimate of  hours was 24.  I thought that was rather low and questioned, Jesus, the Manager, and he said, it was correct.  The estimate is for $60 an hour for each worker.  Although,both workers were pleasant. The building of the closet and the painting came to nearly 20 hours of work.
The closet, was not as professional as I would have liked. However, it is the storage of the unfinished section of the lower level.  As is was located in the storage room the completion did not have to be perfect.  The completed closet did not have a pole to hang the close or door knobs or handles on the closet, thought that was odd.  The $1975 was for the labor only for the painting and the installation of a closet.  I think overall they could have done a better job cleaning up.  The final bill was an over charge of hours and I called them to let them know and deducted the amount of money from the bill.   I work out of my home and therefore, was able to oversee when the workers arrived and left.
I will say that Marlena, the contact coordinator was very pleasant to work with.
