"Sitting by our cozy fire after Shore Custom Masonry rebuilt our crumbling chimney. Morris does excellent work- it looks great and functions perfectly. I have a couple of “wish list” things: I wish he had a full time helper! Because he was doing the entire job alone, it took a bit longer than expected (that’s not a complaint by any means- just an observation). The other “wish list” item is better communication. I often had to initiate conversations in order to get information, which should have been proactively communicated from the company. But these are minor “complaints”, and are mentioned so that customers will adjust their expectations and understand that they are dealing with a sole proprietor whose work (and work ethic!) are excellent."
