"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. EW even custom designed a new look. Frank encourages the customer to be involved through the whole process even allowing changes through the process they arrived every day at 8am and gave us a full day. They didn't rush and took the time for perfection. They fixed any. Little nick at the end of we had a problem. We Han 2 big issues a scratched baluster and a corner needed some sanding. I'm sure they added over 20,000 to my value. Boy did we and ANGIES list make a great choice. I included some pics of my once embarrassment of a deck.
