After couple days of discussion with family we decided to go with his recommendations.  The installation took place over 2 days period everything looks excellent and more importantly it is working great.  My daughter's allergies have decreased by 75 percent and it seems to be getting better by the day.  I also compared our gas and electricity bill and it much lower than same time last year.
We also used Air Benders to change our flooring from carpet to Hardwood on all levels as well do our duct cleaning to get rid of all the dust in the ducts.  
This was a big financial decision for us but seeing my daughter's allergies decrease and seeing her happily play and live a normal life is worth much more.
