"The are trillion times better than any big box or small company in dmv. I have had many systems installed and I will only use them going forward. They are professional to a whole new level. From product selection to premium service. Wow!!!! Highly recommend"
"All went well. During the first visit, I decided I needed to simplify my AV components. The serviceman took care of my immeidate problem, made recommedations on how to simplify. He even notified me when he saw a sale on the soundbar I needed, saving me considerable amount of money. n the interim, a cord had come loose, I called and the owner called me back and patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take to resovle the problem. Once I purchased, he came back and set up my system and I'm so much happier."
"I spoke to LaShaun on a Friday before Labor Day weekend and begged for his assistance to set up a tv in a new house. I sent him a few pictures of the where the tv needed be hung and where I needed wires fished. He told me he was booked all day Saturday but would fit me in for Saturday late afternoon between 3pm and 4pm. He arrived shortly after 5pm, inspected what needed to be done for about half-and-hour and decided to do the work. He did an amazing job of "fishing" the wires through the wall from one room to another with as minimal damage as possible. LaShaun was very professional and spent over 5 hours on the entire job and refused to compromise perfection for time (although he didn't leave until after 11:30pm). Although I was ready to go to bed and get him out of my house; he refused to leave until the job was done and made sure everything was clean and working as expected. I would highly recommend this company and specifically LaShaun and will use again the future."
"Commtech was a great choice!!! Mr. White came out to give an estimate and was extremely professional. His attitude, his appearance and the knowledge that he had won my business. I will definitely use him for future endeavors and will recommend him to family and friends who wish to have electronics installed in their homes. Thanks Mr. White for an extremely good job!!!! My family is enjoying the home theater system."
"Perfect! They were on time, got right to work had all the necessary tools. Hung the tv spot on. Professional and cleaned up! Definitely calling them again for other work needed! Excellent service! They were so good, we had them put up another tv while here! Definitely A Plus service!"
