"Jason Miller called me the same day in response to my request on Home Advisor, and provided excellent help over the phone, at no cost. Then, he came to review the situation at our home the next day, on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday, the job (a temporary fix for the season) was completed; and, I am delighted! My husband and I struggled for 2 weeks attempting to find and figure out how to fix a leak. Other companies we contacted were too busy to be bothered and/or not helpful at all. "Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
