"DANIEL & ERIC ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED STEADILY AND VERY CAREFULLY ON THE INSTALL AFTER REMOVAL OF 2 CEILING FANS AND LIGHT FIXTURES. FRIENDLY, CAREFUL OF INSTALLS AND SURROUNDINGS - LEFT JOB SITE VERY CLEAN TOO. WILL DEFINITELY USE SERVICES AGAIN SOON."
"Eric was quite knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. He and the technician installed a new system which seems to be working well. Eric had to come out twice, once on Sunday which made all the difference in the world. He explained the problem which I understood and recommended a course of action. I would highly recommend this company."
My pool needed pretty much a rework of all the filtering and pump equipment due to age.
Contacted several companies for quotes. BJ's was in the middle ground pricewise, but 2 of the companies were also sky high on their estimates.
These guys removed all the old equipment, put in a new concrete pad, & installed all new equipment.
They started on schedule and finished when they said they would.
Bill from BJ's did a great job and is very professional as is everyone else there at BJs.
Bob (the owner of BJs) even found me a replacement for my outdated fiber optic light which had not worked in years and had been discontinued by the manufacturers for years as well. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack!

"The service provider was prompt, courteous and personable. Thoroughly explained what would be done to correct the leaky faucet. Was neat and clean in the work area and took care to ensure there were no gaps between the newly installed faucet and siding by applying additional chaulking. Entered the residence once to assess the scope of the repair and wore booties, without being prompted to do so, in order to protect my floors. I would use this company in the future and had such a positive experience with the assigned service technician, I would request him by name (Trai).
"The owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate of the work I wanted his company to do the very same day I called him to inquire about using his company's services. The work was started and finished according to the scheduled two days that he said it would take to complete everything that I wanted done. The work was done in a professional, timely manner, by efficient, knowledgeable workers, who did an excellent job!!! Mr. Martinez made sure that everything was to my satisfaction upon completion of the job. When I told him that my old door to my carport shed was too raggedy and old to go back up, he had one of his carpenters install me a new door the very next day. The carpenter who installed the door also did an excellent, professional job of reframing the door opening and installing a classy looking new door! In summary, the company did an excellent, timely, and professional job of the work I contracted for, at a reasonable, competitive price. "
The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.
Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.
It will take several hours or more to build a sauna. A prefab kit will take anywhere from three to 20 hours to install, depending on complexity and your skill level. If you’re doing a custom build, it can take more than 50 hours—especially if you need to add ventilation, ductwork, and other renovations.
Most people will opt to put their home sauna outside near a pool or on a screened-in porch so the heat doesn’t move into the rest of the house. If your house has enough room, you may choose to put it in a bathroom so you can shower right after.
A home sauna may be considered a luxury item by some homebuyers, which can provide a good return on investment. However, whether it increases your home's value ultimately depends on the buyer, as some may not want to take on the extra costs and maintenance associated with heating and upkeep.
