Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"

"I hired Karla B Gonzales for an office cleaning job on a monthly basis. She agreed to the price and gave me a time to meet her at the office on Sunday morning. I went out to meet with her and she did not show up. She would not answer the phone or return text messages. Totally disappointed in this person. Left me waiting. Did not even have courtesy to call or say something. If you could not or did not want to do the job, why have someone come out to meet with you and you are so rude not to even communicate. Hope you don't have customers when you need them. Karla, you are a horrible person."
