Painter did not properly prepare cabinets to be painted. Did not clean, sand, strip, prime, or any kind of preparation work. Also only used a paint brush. No roller or sprayer. As a result the paint is chipping and pealing. The paint is full of brush marks and is overall poor in appearance....

The foreman and crew worked hard, fast and safe. All work I paid for was completed as specified above. All brush and debris to small to be ground was raked up and removed. The foreman was very knowledgeable and the crew very skilled.
