carpet boss restoration

I had a pleasant experience scheduling the cleaning, so I left a positive right after they cleaned (i work nights). Came home to so many stains after I was told paying an extra $150 would GUARANTEE to get all stains out old or new. Talked to the supervisor on the phone, on speaker with 3 people present. I have pictures that show the stains were NO different than before. It took me a month with constant texts and calls to get the manager on the phone where he denied he ever said that. All I wanted was $100.00 of the $150.00 back (cash money paid at service). I gave $200.00 including tip ONTOP of the groupon service. When I finally reached the manager, he had confused me for another home he had to give a refund. Sounds like this may be a scam they run to get more money at the time of service. I have plenty of pictures, and plan to report them to the BBB. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY OVER WHAT GROUPON CHARGED. You will be lied to and scammed.

guys were unprofessional. dragged hoses in chipping paint on wall corner and scuffed in other spots of wall. He put the germy bucket in my kitchen sink to fill. left water spots on my dining room and foyer laminate floor. BUT the worst thing is that once our carpet dried it wasn't even clean! previous existing spots were still there but were more prevalent. There were "new" spots also that appeared which weren't there before at all. It's like they must have spilled dirty water on those areas or something. We were very disappointed. We have scheduled a carpet cleaning from another company this month. ie...we had our carpet cleaned in fall 2014 and it turned out very nice by another company.
