"For the most part, they did a nice job with the cleaning.  I am not very demanding, so if there are occasional slips here or there, I don't sweat it, because even having cleaners come to our house once a month is significantly much more attention than my house would ever get if I were to clean it on my own.  In addition to the cleaning, they will also change bed linens if you leave the clean stuff for them.
I have used them for almost 4 years, and what I have noticed over that time is that the cleaning job done during the first two years was more spectacular than during the latter 2 years.  I also noticed more property damage in the second half (minor - including a broken glass light shade for a ceiling fan light, water damage to our gas range).  They do not do as good a job removing water stains from the shower door glass or the grout tiles (our house is newly built, so I have noticed a gradual accumulation), but to be fair I wonder if that is because we have them come once a month as opposed to every two weeks.  I have had cleaning services in my prior residence with another company in another state, and they managed to make the water stains disappear on the tile and shower door over time(but we had them come every two weeks).  However, Teresa has always been very accomodating with accomodating our schedules. 
The reason we discontinued services after almost four years is because today when my husband walked into the house, he noticed a strong gas odor in the house, and saw that the gas was turned on full blast on the gas stove.  While I am fairly tolerant of minor property damage, we are not tolerant when the saftey of our home and family is jeopardized.
