Mudgett's Auto Body is a family owned business that was started in 1980 by Thomas Mudgett Sr, while he was still in high school. We currently operate out of an 18,000 square foot facility with over 20 employees that utilize the best equipment, education and technology available to the industry today.

We have had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Diana in the front office for repairs. They have offered excellent, concise suggestions, time frames, communication, and pricing, with extraordinary finished work, including cleaning of the vehicle (a real surprise), inside and out on completion. In addition, there is a protected area for vehicles left overnight as well as convenient location and access.

I can't praise this shop so much- they are AMAZING! They treat their customers like family and are very honest, which I really I appreciate. My car was hit and a broken tail lights, and the bumper was a little off. I came into their shop through a recommendation, and it was one of the best decision I ever made. They were just easy to talk to, honest, and had excellent communication. My car was done within 3 business days, which was very impressive given how busy they are! Thank you guys so much :) Lastly, they returned my car in top shaped, detailed and everything! It was a lovely surprise and with no cost. They truly are amazing, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!

Amazingly. The answer to prayer. I had taken the car to the dealership and they indicated that the only way to get to the hood latch was to break the grill and replace ($400) and then about three hours labor. They repaired without breaking anything and charged me less than 2 hours of labor. People were fair and kind. I would definitely choose again!!

People working there were polite and friendly. Work completed when they said it would be. Looks like new. Before my authorizing the work to be done, the person examining my vehicle advised me and showed me that there will be a slight variation in the paint because the bumper and the the body of the car are two different types of surfaces. He showed me where the original paint had a slight variation and that I should see the same when they were done. He did this so I would not think they did not do a good job and to let me know there will be such a variation.

They fixed my problem the way it should. I wasn't completely satisfied with the door seal when I drove out of their lot, so I drove back in and they made a alignment adjustment on the spot!

Work was professionally done. Customer service at reception area needs some improvement. Attendant was short on information and attentiveness.

BAD BAD BAD.
The car had a scratch with a small dent. At first, it looked like they did a good job, then I noticed big scratches on the alloy wheel. I told them before I drove the car away, and they told me it's not them. They didn't trust me. And finally they said they will pay for fixing it. When I got home, I found that the front license plate holder is broken (which was not before I dropped the car off to fix it), but I didn't tell them because I didn't catch it before I drove off their parking lot.
One day later, I got a voicemail from them telling me that they can't pay for it, and that they will have my insurance pay for it. How ridiculous, they don't care about fixing their own mistakes on their own.

They have been totally awesome. My car is brand new and it was hit in a garage. They have been very accommodating with the situation. The price was really good. They were very nice, professional, and flexible when doing the work.

This is the second time I have used Mudgett Auto Body. The first time was in May 09 when someone backed into my car. Took my car to Mudgett's and some how i got a chance to see the shop which was clean and very organized and any person I spoke to was polite and professional. They took time to explain what they would be doing to the car, how long it would take and things I needed to do after the work was completed. After another person hit my car in a parking lot, I did not even think of any other shop. Dropped my car off on 12/4/2012 and picked it up on 12/07/2012. Once again the work looked great and any questions I had were answered. I would recommend Mudgett Auto Body to anyone.
