Hadid offer to come and pick it up after I called him to complain. This worker should be fired. I don't know if Al told him to do it or not. But that did disappoint me."

They took out the old metal flue and installed a new one. This involved taking the Jotul insert apart. Excellent job done professionally by very nice men.
