Granted our hood was very dirty, but at no point in the three hours did he reach out to let us know he'd be tripling the estimate. He also claims to be a BBB Accredited Business, but bbb.org has no file on him. There was also Easy Off overspray over adjacent cabinets and the wall. "

" The BBB rating for Shamrock is "F" which is their lowest rating; businesses with "F" ratings have unanswered or unresolved complaints that reflects a failure by the business (Shamrock) to deal with the causes of customer problems. I contacted the MA District Attorney's office who put me in touch with consumer advocate Deb Henderson to resolve my issue with Shamrock. She said that she spoke to the owner Carmelo Franco about my issue and said that Franco is uncooperative, therefore we are unable to proceed. I sued Carmelo Franco in Attleboro District Court for negligent work that had to be fixed by another company ($650.00), however the subpoena could not be delivered to the address the DA's office gave me, so the court dropped the lawsuit. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by.
