I have been working for big name companies such as Marr crane and rigging, Santini brothers iron works, E.D.M. construction, and tnt steel erectors. Right off, he knew that the weld would not "take" on the severely rusted ladder and suggested an alternative repair. His idea was perfect and the one used.
