"I hired Don to install a new combi boiler and add a heating loop in my basement through the MassSave program. I contacted multiple professionals, and Don's price was the best by a lot. Don made sure that I had all of the paperwork for MassSave, and promptly answered all of my questions, even if it was outside of business hours. He also accommodated my work schedule by coming on Saturdays so that I wouldn't need to take time off, which was a pleasant surprise.
