"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. "The work went fine. Eddie came on time to replace our outdoor water spigot and it worked well afterwards. We also asked him to return and install a new toilet for us in the downstairs bathroom. Again, he came on time, did the work, took away the old toilet and was very polite and helpful. He also installed a new indoor shutoff for the water supply to the house, and a new shutoff valve at the new toilet. We had a small problem with the toilet later, but, again, Eddie set up a time to come back, arrived on time, and fixed the problem quickly and cheerfully. He is very capable and easy to deal with and we are pleased with the work he did."
