"I hired Mr. Renato Valadares on 10/14/2021, his price was very reasonable. The following day 10/15, I sent him a text message asking for a quote to take out my old vanity and to replace it with a new one along with the light fixtures. He did not reply to my message. I called on the 15th and spoke with Renato and he promised he would send me a quote and check his schedule to start the work on my tile project. I did not hear back from him so I sent a text message on 10/17 asking if he would be able to start the tile job on the 23rd and I was worried because I did not hear back from him. STILL no response,"

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
