He was very thorough in explaining all the work that needed to be done, how long I would be without power, and was very knowledgeable in all of the questions I had. After removing my service and replacing it with the new 200 amp, he went through the entire house and checked what each breaker was wired to and marked it inside my panel very neat and organized.
