After removing the bad outlet, and resetting the breaker, there was still no electricity in the bedroom. After finding Mr. Welles on Angie's List I called him at 9:00am on January 15. He arrived at my house within three hours, diagnosed the problem, explained to me in detail what the problem was, replaced the defective outlet and defective circuit breaker.
