"Mr. McCann does high quality work at a good price. He is very experienced and did a beautiful job creating and installing a rounded gutter as well as installing straight gutters and downspouts. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house). I never felt he pressured me to do more work than was needed. Mr. McCann takes great pride in the quality of his work and in treating his customers fairly."

"Roger was contracted to remove my deck and replace it with a new one. I was totally impressed with his attention to detail regarding my needs. That was extremely important to me. He even ordered extra decking in the event that some of the decking didnâ t meet his quality standards and picked up the excess decking after 10Pm so it would be gone before morning. The attention to detail and the quality of his construction is BEST IN CLASS!!! I would recommend Roger Byam in a minute to anyoneð ð I wouldnâ t think twice to secure his services again"
