"He seemed very nice and professional, gave me an estimate for ALL work at 1200-1500. And i told him I would like some of the work done but in the Spring of 2013, when i called him in Spring, the phone # was answered by another man, who said he did not know anything about Restoation Windows co. So I have yet to talk to him again and would use his company but I am afraid  I am out 99. and too bad because i would have hired him to fix the windows.
