"I have had the most positive experience with Butler Sealcoating. For years, I have wanted to have a professional apply an epoxy floor coating to our two-bay garage in Medfield, MA. I did receive an estimate from Chris Butler, the president of Butler Sealcoating. The work was completed in one day and the results are everything I could have hoped for. What is most gratifying is that the epoxy floor is not impacted in any way by our two automobiles. The weight of our cars has no affect on the floor at all. Chris and his sons did a superior job on our garage and I give them the highest recommendation possible. Our garage has never looked so professional. "The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."
