He responded immediately and had someone to my house within a couple of hours who able to safely secure the awning. Turns out we needed a new motor and we had one by that Friday. He went above and beyond the original plan by replacing rotted wood they found under the sliders to the patio with composite board and flashing. He made sure we were happy with plans before moving forward, kept us informed every step of the project, continually got our input and kept us appraised of the status of the work. He did a walk-through when it was completed to be sure we were pleased. The project was completed on time at the cost he estimated, and it is beautiful!!
