We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."
