Pathetic. Rude. Shoddy workmanship and unprofessional people all around. Called to have an alarm diagnosed for which they charged me $199. Did a $2700 pump replacement for a pump that costs $380 and took them 1.5 hours to fix. Less than 30 days later it failed and they wanted to charge me again....

Bay State Pump called me in response to an online service request. During the call, the Bay State Pump representative diagnosed the problem - a simple switch reset. Didn't cost me a penny, and my pump was working again. Next time I have a problem that needs service, they will get my business.
