McCabe's Garage DoorI needed to replace my garage door. Duane was very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. He helped me decide on the right door for my needs. He ordered the door and equipment, and when it was ready, he and his assistant installed it in a morning. He also fixed a stud that was pulling away in my garage to attach the door hanger frame (which closed up a draft, so that my garage is now warm in the winter!). He clearly explained all the features of the door and the opener as well as yearly maintenance that I can perform. The door has worked perfectly since he installed it two months ago. I definitely recommend him, and I will use him the future for any of my garage door related needs.- Keith G.

Lowell Overhead DoorSimply wonderfully. 2-person team came out to make the estimate. (They volunteered to do it via sending photos, but happened to be in the area.) Showed me options courteously safely and distanced. Received the quote the same evening, and the next day, scheduled it via email to take place when the doors were in stock. Received a call when they were in, and they were able to schedule me in just a couple days later. It was the dead of winter and about zero degrees out, but the two-man team had these beasts installed (and the old ones removed) all during daylight hours. What an absolute treat to have whisper-quiet garage doors, too. Fab quality, excellent workmanship, great service. I wish I had another garage so they could replace those doors too.- LN G.

From start to finish the experience & service was phenomenal they stay in contact with you through out the whole process. I first called to just have my door rebuilt with new components they sent technician Aiden Rezendes out when he showed up he had an awesome attitude while he looked over our door saw what i needed & told me the deal that my door was a very old & cheap quality door & told me up front before i do an estimate on the rebuild its gonna be cheaper to do a brand new install from top to bottom i loved his non beat around the bush honesty i told him well give me two one for the rebuild one for a new one so he did & when i got the estimates i was shocked it was roughly $200 cheaper to get a brand new unit he told me I'm not here to rip you off but make sure you get the right & safe door for your needs once again no B.S. honesty which had us sold we agreed on the deal i gave him the half up front (which is required) & thanked him for everything a week later installer Michael Zagroski showed up on time for the install we exchanged greetings asked him if i needed to move anything & let him get to it about 3hrs later the job was done he made us aware one of the panels was damaged (from the supplier) & he refused to use it & or make us wait for a new panel so he had someone grab a new one from the warehouse he did a amazing job installing the door. We will definitely use them again & reccomend to everyone we know would give a A+ if i could

The door were installed. One of the doors was not properly adjusted. Called the customer service, sent another team who stated it can't be adjusted. Ended up adjusting this myself. Weather strip was not installed due to the lack of professionalism of installers. Will have to install this myself. Keypad was not installed during the installation. They sent a different team to get this installed. I would recommend to shop around before signing a contract with this company unless you want to get involved in the installation process.

I contacted a number of top rated providers I found on Angie's List to replace our two garage doors. Marathon Door was the only one that responded promptly. I received calls both from David (owner I think?) and their main office. David guided me through some questions about what I was looking me for, and then directed me to most likely candidate products on their website, which is much better than the other companies I looked at. He came within days to look at our garage, and I asked them to provide quotes for three different product options. Those quotes were generated AND emailed the same day, and contained representative house pictures and all specifications, along with clear itemized pricing. Because I picked the non-standard bright white, there was a 2.5 week turnaround they communicated to me in advance, and we then scheduled the installation. Their installers were professional, thorough, and efficient, removing my old doors and replacing the new ones in less than 3 hours. I was so impressed with the service and with the efficient running of this company. Very highly recommended.
