The area was full of weeds and we couldn't grow grass but now we have a beautifully green area installed by a great crew who were absolute professionals. We had a special request of the crew for where the transition occurred between the turf and other areas of the yard and they were more than happy to make it happen. We have rock edging and many river stones around the area and the crew ensured the turf looks great in those areas. I will hire Jeff and the crew again when we look to expand the turf area in our yard."

"Mark is a great communicator and service provider for lawn maintenance.  He was the first business to respond to my email inquiry from Angie's List and gave me an honest take on how to replace and take care of the lawn for the summer.  Since we are a condo unit he was willing to provide a quote and explain his services multiple times so all members of the association understood.  Since we contacted him during a busy time the quote process did take a few weeks.  Also once the contract was signed and sent, it took an additional two weeks to hear back from M.A.S., but once the work started you could see the transformation in the yard was immediate and we received a couple of compliments from neighbors right away.  I would recommend his service to other homeowners, especially the fact that he splits payment into three phases (deposit, 1st day of work, day work is completed).  There is more security in knowing the job will get done with that type of payment plan. There were three men on his crew, on site, each time they came to the property; so work was done quickly as well.  We signed up for his monthly maintenance plan as well (one cut a week plus edging and trimming).

"Armando and his crew did a great job of transforming an ugly front yard space into something of envy?. They tore up old bushes entangled with weeds and removed a huge stump from a previous cut down tree and years and years of mulch and replaced with beautiful sod as well as edging with cobblestone and mulching an area where they transplanted my hydrangeas. They also tore up my backyard added loam and seeded which I?m looking forward to enjoying in the next few weeks! Oh and all in one day!! Totally recommend the team was neat, clean friendly , very respectful of property and extremely professional!"
