"Cobra Painting was very professional. We had a quote from another person who had done work for us before but had to drop out. I contacted Ron from from Cobra Painting and he and Larry came over the next day a Friday, to see the the room and received a quote as promised, on Monday. We, accepted and they came that Friday and completed the job in one day. They caulked both windows put made the base board flush with the wall that was to be papered. The also called all the nail holes in the wood work and sanded. They did a great job putting up the wallpaper and the painting. I am very particular about pattern matching and the wallpaper looks great. The cleaned up after themselves and left the floor cleaner than the found it."

He is easy to communicate with, responsive, his pricing is fair — even when changes need to happen mid project unexpectedly (paint was peaking through despite multiple coats because of previous paint used). He kept to the schedule, arrived on time, provided updates along the way. The transformation he made in the spaces he painted are better than I could have imagined they’d be. I didn’t think some of the walls could be as smooth as he left them given the condition they were in to begin with. I have already made future plans to have Silva Express Painting out again to do more interior painting for me after some other projects are done on my property. "Initially, I met with the head contractor who came quickly and on time to the site. He looked it over carefully and discussed the job with me very candidly and in a friendly, reasonable manner. He understood that I was preparing the condo for sale and that I wanted it to look appealing to potential buyers. He had some helpful and cost effective ideas about what to do. He quoted $2500 for labor understanding that I would pay for the paint he purchased with no markup. This was the best quote I got out of three painting companies. The workers came and worked all day for 3 and one half days. I was especially impressed by the prep work the crew did. This was not a superficial prep job. They filled all the defects in the walls and a major defect in one ceiling with great care. I was not expecting so much given the very reasonable quote. They did a very good job covering floors and furniture prior to painting. Trim and walls looked very nicely painted at the end. They also painted inside of closets, the outside of a painted cabinet, behind the fridge and stove, the radiators and the steam pipes. Afterwords, the crew cleaned up very well. I am extremely please with the job and the cost. I have not received the bill for the paint yet, but I expect it will be reasonable given what they have done so far. I will call Baystate for future jobs and I will recommend them to others.
