Keith is as authentic of a person that I have ever met. During the scoping process, Keith provided allowances, which allowed me and my wife to understand the estimate and understand what levers we had to pull. Keith provided candid feedback on our ideas and used his vast experience to share alternatives. After vetting other contractors, Keith was a pleasure to work with out of the gates. The scheduling of the work was not an easy task, as we were tackling 3 bathrooms sequentially. Keith was able to keep the schedule on track and have his team (carpenters, plumbers, electrician) show up when he said they would show up. If there was a change to the plan, he let us know as soon as he found out. Keith also did a great job with the building inspector and making sure there was no lost time with each inspection. Keith took our plans and made them a reality. From the tilework, to the finish carpentry, to the plumbing and electrical, everything was done top notch. What was even more impressive, was that during the entire project, Keith and his team were personable, approachable, and respectful. Overall, Keith and his team delivered on their estimate, made changes when asked to, accommodated additional asks, and did it all professionally. It was a pleasure to have Keith and his team to make our dreams come to life.
